My qualifications:

I have a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from the University of British Columbia at OUC, graduating in 1998. While Psychology is my major, I minored in English and focused on Creative Writing. In addition, I've taken courses in:

• Creative Non-Fiction
• Introduction to Screen writing
• Web writing and article marketing

I've been working steadily as a freelance writer for 2 years, and recently have begun my first novel.

As a parent, my personal writing leans heavily toward experiences that would relate to mothers or fathers. As someone with a degree in Psychology, I tend to delve into what lay under the surface as opposed to the daily, mundane aspects of parenting.

I am a research writer, meaning that if I have a few links and some information from you I can write about anything. I've written about:

• Children's activities, parties, intellectual stimulation
